Build A Routine
Our suggestion is to meditate for 5-10 minutes at the start of the day and again at the end of the day. But you may find it easier to start small and gradually build it up. When and how long you meditate, doesn’t have to be the same every day. The key is to meditate every day, so, develop a routine that works for you.
Take a few moments to focus on your breathing. With each breath, relax all the muscles in your face, relax your neck and shoulders, and let relaxation flow down your back, through your legs, all the way to your toes. Imagine you’re standing on a beach, bare feet in the dry, soft sand. Feel the sand beneath your feet, between your toes. Notice the colour and the texture of the sand…..
