International Day of Peace 2026
How do you find stability and hope in uncertain times?
Peace begins within
On the occasion of the International Day of Peace, we warmly invite you to a special
celebratory event organized by Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University—a space for
reflection, inspiration, and connection with values such as peace, harmony, and respect.
The event will open with an inspiring Message of Peace delivered by Her Excellency Neeta
Bhushan, Ambassador of the Republic of India to Poland.
This unique gathering offers an opportunity to experience peace in many forms—through
inspiring dialogue, scientific insight, music, and meditation.
Our special guest will be Sister Jayanti, Additional Administrative Head of Brahma
Kumaris, an internationally respected teacher of spirituality and Raja Yoga meditation, and
the Brahma Kumaris representative to the United Nations. In a special conversation with
Orina Krajewska—actress, author, podcaster, and founder of the Bądź Foundation—she will
share reflections on discovering peace, inner strength, and hope in today's world.
A scientific perspective will be presented by Professor Christoph Michel, Professor
Emeritus at the University of Geneva and Director of Neuroscience at the All Here Institute
in Geneva, who will share research findings on the effects of meditation on brain function.
The programme will also include a guided Raja Yoga meditation and a special musical
performance by Reni Jusis. The event will be hosted by Jola Słoma and Mirek
Trymbulak—designers, creators, and inspiring presenters.
From 4:00 p.m., we invite you to the foyer of Multikino, where a series of accompanying
activities will offer opportunities for inspiration and inner reflection. Enjoy a Virtuescope,
meditation in motion, Wheel of Values, short, guided meditations, and other interactive
experiences designed to help you pause, reconnect, and explore different paths to inner peace.
